RAISED OUTPRINTS - FAMILIES

The family raised prints product range has been specially created keeping in mind relationships rather than individuals. The life size handprints capture a real moment in time for that relationship.

Family prints can be unframed as a hanging plaque or they could be made as a tile and framed. The hanging plaques are breakable and it is always advisable to have a framed tile instead. Hanging plaques are created only with 2 prints, one within the other. If more prints are required, the product would need to be framed.

Framing not only protects the prints, it also gives the option to display as much detail as is desired, without limitations. The way the prints are framed and presented, is something unique and special about a Sweet Imprints product. They are beautifully presented in the frame, rather than just stuck in a plain and empty box. More information about the features and benefits of a Sweet Imprints product can be found here.

Family prints are a lovely memory, but unfortunately are not suitable in all cases. It has the below limitations:

  1. Adult hands cannot be placed within each other. There can be a maximum of 2 adult hands on one tile and they need to be side by side.

  2. The children's hands need to be significantly smaller than the adult hands that they will be placed into. The oldest child hand will need to be a minimum of 2.5cms smaller in height than the largest adult hand.

  3. You can place one child hand into another child's hand, provided that the children are of very different ages and their hands are of very different sizes.

As these products have a number of prints within them, often with multiple adult hands, the frames tend to be heavy. This would need to be kept in mind when deciding where to hang the frame.
